Just been reading JUNE 2002 AUTOCAR..(AS YOU DO),AND NOTICED THE BEST THE ZONDA S COULD MUSTER FOR THE 1/4 MILE WAS "ONLY" 11.8 AT 129 MPH!(0-100 IN 7.4!!!) NOT BAD FOR A CLAIMED 220MPH £300,000 SUPERCAR.BUT I KNOW OF A SLIGHTLY MODDED BLUE/WHITE(ALWAYS THE FASTEST COLOUR,DON,T YOU AGREE NAD!)THAT MANAGED A 1/4 MILE TIME OF 11.6 AND OUR OWN FAIR CAR WITH SLIGHT MODS AND 5 YEAR OLD WORN TYRES A 12.1 AT 127 MPH(NOT TO FAR OFF THE PACE).CAN,T BE BAD FOR A CAR THAT COST 1/5 OF THE PRICE TO BUY AND A 1/100 TH OF THE COST TO MAINTAIN!SO NEXT TIME YOU SEE NAD BLAST DOWN THE 1/4 MILE,REMEMBER IF IT WERE UP AGAINST A PAGINI ZONDA S,IT WOULD BE THE ZONDA THAT WOULD BE LOOKING AT THE BACK OF A PAIR OF TAIL PIPES!!(VIPERS.....JUST LOVEM,ALWAYS HAVE....ALWAYS WILL!)

Why don't you just compare your Diablo (in its stock trim, as that would be fairer) against the Pagani Zonda S?
You could always sell a Viper which is marginally quicker than a Pagani Zonda S by a tenth of a second and sell it for £50,000 less than a Pagani Zonda - that'll be in the £250,000 (I can't remember the exact price of the Zonda) - you could say to prospective buyers that this car is quicker than a Pagani Zonda S which costs £50,000 more, and with the £50,000 you've saved, you can modify the car to make it even faster and pretty much untouchable on the road in a straight line, or if you wish, on a circuit.
And you typed everything after capital J for June in caps - didn't you notice? lol.

Yes i meant to LOL!(Coz i wanted to bring this info to everyones attention)If you found out that a U.K Corvette was faster than a ZONDA S you,d be excited!Buy the way the Diablo idea has been passed on a its to slow,and 1.Can be thrashed by a Viper & 2.Might be beaten by a Modded Corvette,so I,m sticking to my Venom.
