1997 GTS Blue/white for sale

Hi all,

It's not often I post here although I have been a forum member since it started, but it's time to sell my beloved VIPER GTS after 11 years of sole ownership.
It's one of the few 'official' UK/European cars in original (and some say the best) colours and was purchased by me from a Chrsyler dealer - Sandridge of Warwick way back in 1997. Loving cared for by me (never tracked or raced - so just an ornament really !) stored in a climate controlled garage, not used in the winter or wet weather, it is as near to immaculate as you can get inside and out and underneath. Paul L will testify to that !
If there is any serious interest here before I offer it elsewhere please let me know and I will give full details etc. Mileage is 12314 kms (7700 miles) and the only mods are Corsa S/S exhaust system ( to give it the sound it always needed) silicone intake tubes and K&N filters.

I will be sorry to see it go but thought this would be the first place to start.

Sorry to hear you are selling your awesome machine. I still think of that wonderful evening all those years ago in Guildford and also the time I had a ride around Rockingham with you and of course the times at Gaydon. I wish I could buy it but sadly unless I win the lottery it won't happen. Hope you manage to get a buyer who really appreciates what a wonderful machine it is. Take care - Anjie

Eventually, yes... Got a bit of a plan, but unless the right car comes up at the right price, it won't be for a while... Plus as I have said before, at the moment I can't bring myself to sell the RT, and that would have to be done to fund the GTS, so I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place at the moment... It's a tricky one

Thanks for the responses and yes that's mine next to Paul's at Gaydon..... what year WAS that ? I'm sure there are many more photos in the archives. So many memories over 14 years of Viper ownership - (red RT/10 was my first in 1994) and hello to Anjie who obviously continues to have such passion and enthusiasm !
No thoughts about a replacement yet but these days I don't have so much time to indulge. I'm not in a particular rush so if anyone is tempted just let me know, come and have a look and a chat and we'll take it from there.

here's the new blue, got to be your car ! which i snapped inside the Warwick dealership...way back it was there for several months before it sold, you may recall most Chrysler dealerships had problems selling the original 15 on at the time

Mine may very well be in there as well. Love to get a high res version of that pic! If anyone has any pictures of a blue and white in JCT600 in Leeds back in early 97 I'd really love to get them!
