Correct oil for 98GTS

Looking for advice on engine oil. Mobil 10w30 is specified which seems to be impossible to get locally. Mobil 5w30 has been suggested as ok (slightly colder weather in Scotland), 0w40 is also recommended in a previous forum as closer to 10w30, but I can get Penzoil 10w30 fully synthetic.
Does anyone have comments

you can get the correct grade from US Automotive, or maybe your local Chrysler dealearship, which some stock it and others dont
