I'm pretty sure I have some pictures of it somewhere from a previous visit at Goodwood, but they are photographs rather than digital... I'll try and dig them out at somepoint and scan them.

Looking forward to seeing it again! thumbup

Thanks Neil for posting this up for all, as I've just not had a mo to get to computer much!

The '98 Le Mans car Justin won GT2 with actually still belongs to Chrysler, and lives in the museum in Detroit!
Its nice that 10 years on Justin is able to celebrate with a GTSR Viper in the same awesome colour scheme, it's the '99 FIA GT winner and 2nd in GTS class at Le Mans in '99 car, so a very special Viper! Very cool.

Didn't the C52 GTSR run under commando of Peter Zakowski / Zakspeed?
Are you sure, it has been sold?

Dennis, "#52" Neil is refering to the race number, not the chassis number!

I'm sorry to say that the Challenger didn't have the effect on me that I expected it to...

I was mortally disappointed with it in the flesh, and this really hit home to me when I was talking to Baz on the phone last night and he was asking lots of questions about it, and it's wheels and interior... and despite standing in front of it and walking around it, and taking a couple of pics, I was unable to tell him much about it.

I guess it's just one of those things, I loved it from the Dodge Promo photos, but up close it could have been anything, I walked round it looked at it, showed my daughter as she wanted to be picked up to look inside, but I actually can't remember much about it.

Some cars just have an instant effect on you and you want to see them moving and hear them running, but I am sorry to say that this didn't. And I didn't even go out of my way to find out much about it.

On the other hand... No 52! LOVELY!!!! Met the owner, albeit briefly, as he was polishing the hood of his Lister Storm, (which he had parked next to 52), he tells me he owns six GTSR's!!! I have his card, which gives a link to his website, but unfortunately don't have it with me right now, so I'll try and give some further info on that tomorrow.

Now that car looked INCREDIBLE up close!

(Pics to follow)

Don't get me wrong, it was a nice looking car, but it just didn't do it for me...

Just found this pic of it on it's way up the hill...

here's one more:

For me, other than the 52 car for obvious reasons, the car of the show, just for pure beauty alone was this one...

The Alfa 8C... just lovely!

Can't find a good side view pic from the weekend, but here's the one from TopGear last night... It's just Pornographic!!!
