Thanks Fatboy--- I think this is the same style as richard(fishboy) had on his grey car ? To be honest not a huge fan of the two metal bits coming down and fittment to number plate.

Fishboy--do you still have yours ? Does customer have it and if so do you know if he uses it. If at the right price i might be interested if he is not using or you are selling it ?

the idea of that one is it bolts on/off quite easily without leaving any damage (it uses US numberplate fixing points) unlike the other wings which you have to cut into the rear deck

Thanks neil--understood but not as nice as the GTSR wing which looks ace and very expensive from what i understand as are the replicas. I am toying with keeping this one so happy to bolt on to car for the right look.

with the auto-form one you do have to drill out rather large holes where the US license plate fittings are, but they can be hidden later behind the licence plate if need be. There is then 4 big bolts that go through the holes and fix to a large metal plate inside the boot. so it is reasonably well attached. The big problem with them though is they do move around a bit and unless you have a decent gap to the hatch lip it will quickly wear a mark in the body. other than that they are adjustable for down-force, hide the reg number a bit from the side and above and are high enough that they don't really obstruct your view to the rear.

You will not get any GT2 rear wings anymore from Oreca. I bought the last 4 and have sold every single to friends and people who are happy with them.
I also bought the last diffusors. If you need one, tell me. Ready to install on your GTS.
So, I'm sorry, no help from me here regarding the wing topic.
But if you decide to install a GTSR rear wing of GF or CF, banana or straight... some pics from me..
The mounting assembly for the wing is connected to the ends of the upper frame rails.
You can hang up the car on the wing holders now. I strongly recommend you to not buy an Oreca wing, when you do not want to lose too much topspeed. These wings are developped in the US for high performance, and you will lose about 15-20km/h or more, depending on your engine qualifications. My CF wing has a weight of 3kg. The GF one has about 15kg, but you shouldn't care at all.

In the end you can do it like you want. Just do not lose it on the road
... for the public benefit

Oh.. And take care that you still can open your decklid. Not possible with a stock GT2 construction, but e.g. with partsrack wings or autoform ones.

Dennis you can still get the GT wing and other GTSR parts just go the US company that makes them, and buy direct

Oreca doesnt make any parts they are just a stockist who sells items on, adding on their big profit

Oh.. I thought the production of these parts has been totally stopped, as Frank told me from Oreca. If you have good connections to the manufacturer, sure... good choice. I have to add, that I payed very low prices on the last parts, they had...
The other thing is the shipping, I guess. I could imagine 1k+ USD for the diffusor to be shipped. The rear wing should stay at about 500-800 USD.
Do you have any experiences about that?
My front fascia cost about that.
Larbre still also has some GTSR parts and as far as I know a complete car for sale. Is Chamberlain still running with GTSR?

Atlanticvipers, check your email.
