June 1st - Goodwood Breakfast Club - Supercar Sunday
Discussion
I know it's a long way to go for Breakfast for alot of the group, but I'm heading down there with Richard next week.
Anyone else planning on going?
(There was one heck of a selection of cars there last year.)
If there is a few of us I could try and find somewhere we could go for a spot of lunch too if anyone is up for it?
Take a look at the Breakfast Club website below for a selection of pics and more info:

What time would it be best to get to Goodwood for? I can't seem to find a start time on the website?
Edited to add:
Paul/Phil when are you meeting up at Pease Pottage? I live close to there but will be heading down the A29 rather than the M23/A27. If you are interested in a more direct (fun) route I am more than happy to show you the way? I have to meet up with one other in Billingshurst as well.

Hi Mark,Start time advertised by Goodwood is 0830, I usually try and get there for about 0800 though.
As you know it gets pretty busy at the best of times, and I should imagine that being Supercar Sunday it's likely to be a whole nother level of busy. It was very busy for this one last year.
Let me know what time you're planning on getting there.

Would be good to meet up and learn a new route. Would be good to get to the venue by 08.30am latest so what time would you suggest a Pease Pottage meet up?Edited to add:

Nice turn out, esp the pair of Veyrons!!
But, more looking forwards to racing at this circuit (than park and breakfast) later this month in the Comp Coupe, keeps the chief marshall busy, he's amazed a Viper can make their stringent noise restrictions!! Its the only Comp Coupe ever to have raced there...

Who's the red GTS? I like your wheels.
As Nad is mentioning above, we're racing the CC at Goodwood 14th June, and would be grateful for your support. We are invited by the Aston Martin Owners Club, and of course we'll do our best to beat them. Without wishing to blow our own automotive horn, last time we raced this track with the CC, our nearest competitor was a Ferrari 599 that came in 3 sec slower than us! If the Aston boys brings one of their Le Mans DB9's, we might be in a spot of bother! If this is of little interest, perhaps we can tempt you to Gurston 22nd June with it's awesome downhill start or maybe Longleat 5th July. We are competing with the two S/C GTS's at these hill climb events. It would be great to see some Viper owners taking an interest in club motorsport, its fun and low risk. I can only assume that the reason for owning a high performance car is because you like driving it. Fast. In case you are worried about damaging you pride and joy, statistically there is a much greater chance of someone arse-ending you on the public road, than having an incident on the track/hill. Come and see for yourself at the above metioned events, talk to Nad or myself if you'd like to join us competing.
