RT-10 rebuild

I thought I'd start a thread detailing the rebuild of my Cat C'd 1996 RT-10. The work begins this week-end with a stripping of the front to properly assess damage and what can be repaired and what needs replaced. I'm getting some expert help too biggrin

So here is the car prior to any work beginning... Watch this space!

I'll tell you on Monday but I don't think it'll be too bad. No really bad structural damage. Finger's crossed what lurks beneath!

The lower left frame rail has to be badly buckled about the crumple zone points (behind the mount) for the engine to be so skew. It's fixable though clap

Some pics after stripping back the car yesterday...







...and it was good to find that someone made some use of the car over the winter...



I can't thank Nadine enough for helping me out with this - I certainly wouldn't have managed it without her. She's a total star. We were lucky that it stays fairly light until 10:30pm up here at this time of year!
