I removed the sump plug to drain the oil and look
Can any one identify as to what part of the engine it relats to please

It's worth dropping the sump and taking all of the remaining screws out, clean the threads and reinstate them with Loctite thread locker. I found two missing when Bling's engine blew!

There's a similar plate in the top of each of the rocker valve covers as well and these suffer from the same problem. Worth doing the same to all of them as well.
