They will be able to lower the car to whatever hight you like but you will need to do an alignment afterwards

They are about $2500 for the set of four but are available in the UK I beleive through Penske UK

fwiw i put some coilover shocks on my 99,put the adjusting ring
on as low as i could get it,couple of threads showing.even when settled,it was slightly higher than stock.i was gonna mess with springs but never got around to it.
