just to let you all know I'm in the middle of discussions with Silverstone about a infield ViperClub area again at the FIA weekend similar to previous years.

In the past the main day is the sunday when the majority of owners will go, though you can always go on the saturday or both days if it suits

there's different organisers this year and im chatting direct with Silverstone, so not sure how its going to pan out at the moment

Silvertsone Circuits are pleased to extend an invitation to your Club to have an attendance at the 2008 Silverstone Supercar event. The on track activity features spectacular supercar action from Ascari, Aston Martin, Corvette, Ferrari, Ford, Gillet, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Maserati, Morgan, Porsche and Viper. Whilst off track there will be a dedicated entertainment zone along with automobilia and trade stands. The relaxed and informal atmosphere with free and unrestricted paddock and grandstand access allows everyone to get up close and personal.

FREE SUPERCAR CAR CLUB DISPLAY SITE

• To qualify for your free and exclusive Club display area located in the centre of the circuit with signage and space for a minimum of 6 genuine supercars your Club must commit to purchase at least 12 tickets at the exclusive supercar Club ticket offer.

• Exclusive Supercar Club Ticket Offer : Tickets are valid for both days and are only available to members of participating Clubs (booking fee applies).

Club £15.00
Public On The Gate £20.00
Advance Two Days £40.00

• All tickets include free paddock access, free entry for accompanied children (under16), free grandstands and free centre parking for supercar owners.

• A designated Club ticket booking code will be allocated to enable your members to book directly with the Silverstone booking office or alternatively they can be ordered in bulk by the Club.

• Only one booking fee per payment irrespective of number of tickets purchased.

• Clubs displaying more than 20 supercars will receive 4 complimentary tickets for their Officials.

• Club representative to receive and distribute display area car passes.


To ensure your Clubs participation at the Silverstone Supercar event please complete the attached form and return to us on or before Friday 21st March 2008.

I take it as 2 years ago, anyone on the M1 meet up at 15a services Northbound side for the cruise across the A43 to Silverstone, time to be decided but probably around 9.30am. I'll just collect the money on the day off you as before £15 each person
