His name is william or neil. Drives an old white skyline GTS (swears its a 40th anniversary model) Tall guy with glasses and dark hair, hes in the market for a viper - so he says. He will sign up to buy your car but then not show up with the money.

I hear hes been telling everyone locally that he has bought my car and the figure was 40k. Obviously a fantasist who just wants to be fussed over.
