Buying a Viper

I had a look at the red RT10 at Atlantic Sportscars today with a view to buying. The car looks very clean and the engine sounds as it should. Does anyone know the car and if so can you confirm it is as good as it looks. I must say Atlantic couldn't have been more helpful and a great set up.

Thanks for the replies. I will have a look in the magazine. I have always preferred the look of the origional Viper but am in two minds whether or not for practical reasons to try and find a 98 GenII with the improved hood and security. Does anyone have a view on this. Is a 98/99 a scarce commodity in the UK?? I already have a Cobra so I am used to the floppy hood and screens syndrome.

Need to buy new from the USA, I brought hard top, tinted windows and a rear wing about 3 months ago.

leather got your email , still looking at importing the right car , still undecided myself about a gen 1 or a gen 2
when i have some news ill let you know
By the way when is the next viper meet ? can non members come along ? where is it ? im thinking this could be the only time i could get a good look at a gen 1 and gen 2 side by side , and if there any kind owners out there that i could beg a ride in to make my mind up ???

Way to go, another Viper member, well done 
have you got the car now? or are you picking it up soon? The Summers looking better all the time!He's not the only one either. I have just bought a GTS (not the wonky wheeled one) and hope to meet up with the other owners soon!
