He owns a Viper and does not know where the damn hybrid-battery is?

Give me a break!! I only bought it a month ago and have been on holiday for three weeks of that. Just got back yesterday and tried to start the car, but it was dead. Had a quick look for the battery, but couldn't see it anywhere.

No1 Loosen Drivers side REAR WHEEL NUTS nuts

No2 With Car on level ground, Jack up rear side of car.

No3 Remove Wheel Nuts, Mark which position rear wheel is in with magic marker or bit of tape.

No4 Before removing inner plastic wheel arch its worth placing some wooden blocks carefully under the car incase Jack Fails!!

No4 Remove inner plastic wheel arch to reveal Battery!.

However! If you lift the front bonnet, Just in front of the stering wheel you should note there is a positive battery post! With a cover over it You can put a jump lead on to this post from another battery and clamp the other lead to a good earth on the chassi, if the battery is not completely dead it will slowly charge up and you should be able to get it started thumbup Its also the same on the RTs

If there is a dohicky on the ground post, just chuck it they arnt worth much.

but yes just charge it using the positive terminal on the drivers side under hood and ground post almost directly below it. If you feel you must get at the battery then its behind the drivers rear wheel as posted in a round about way before.

If Estelius has been at that car, the battery could be anywhere.
