Love the way it lifts itself up for moving! I'm sure people can think up reasons for moving it, but I can't imagine many would be moved once put in position.
I'd be a little un-nerved by the free-standing posts - it would surely move quite a bit with a car lifted up if you were doing anything that required any force.

I thought the same thing, but having watched the video it appears extremely stable, I didn't notice any movement at all... The only time I noticed any movement in the uprights was when it was being pushed around the workshop, and at that point the legs were off the ground.

I was going to start a thread at some point asking if anyone was planning on going to the Pistonheads/Autosport show... 11th - 13th January I believe... Hoping to be there on one of the days.

I have been looking at one of these. I saw them at the recent NEC Classic show. It looked very good quality and I will probably buy one. FYI the hydraulic tank sticking out to one side can easily be relocated.
