Who to try for insurance on an SRT-10??

Hi guys, just agreed a deal on a 2006 SRT-10 Viper, I should hopefully collect it on Monday.

Who is good for insurance on one of these? Any recommendations appreciated.

I have just tried Liverpool Victoria online and had a quote of 1800 pounds!!!! Twice what my premium was with my M3 CSL and my previous 911.

Hopefully a mistake?!!

I do have 6 points and a write off within the last 5 years but seems a tad pricey.
