Future Viper owner ?
Discussion
Next week I will have a look at one of the first Vipers (nr. 223) that has come up for sale in Holland. The owner imported this 1992 car in 1999 from Belgium.Has 89.000 km's on the clock. The only job that has been done is a clutch change.Any suggestions where to look at ?
Thanks for help, Rob.

All vipers are fairly rock solid, if you scroll through this forum you wont see many post like this broke that failed etc.
make sure you get the VIN, there's a guy here who may run a carfax check for you, which gives you the US history.
Look around the head gasket for signs of leaks, they have been known to fail over time on the early cars, and a set runs at $1000 plus labour. Check the roof and windows (if any) for condition, these are expensive items to get hold of, and A/C would be nice these cars get awfully hot, AC wasnt standard.
Also look around the sills for blistering/bubbles in the paint,
Good Luck !
