just got back, Joel shaved a few tenths off the club record again on his first run, 10.26 @ 147mph getting closer to the 9 second barrier all the time
which was his best of the day before the sun kicked in, track temp according to the PA was 101 degrees at lunchtime. Stevieturbo was around 10.4,
Ian, (darthviper) in his black SRT was also running.
Thanks for the VCA cap Pete nice to se you again!
back tomorrow... stayed tuned

well 9secs almost happened today potato pickin' Spud pushed Skunk to a 10.05 @ 147 on his second run slicing quite a bit off yesterdays time. A broken pipe that couldnt be fixed meant, no runs in the afternoon
Chris just had a couple of runs in his GTS, think he quite enjoyed the experience
another boiling hot day, track was 106 in the afternoon
some nice machinery including a belt driven ski-doo that has ran a 8.8.
Andy Forrest in his scooby did an impressive 9.15
congrats Joel on your PB for a new club record

There was a lovely bright green Challenger there. What year was it? Any suggestions how much a car like that would cost? Not sure what the motor was but I'd be happy with a standard spec 'small' V8 personally.
Also there was a Coronet 440 for sale, no indication of price - any suggestions?
