there isnt a major difference in the SRTs that cant be overcome, they are both made in the same factory.

I think most would prefer a dodge rather than a chrysler given the choice

i read an article that when prodrive did the euro conversions there was 55
things to change to make it euro compliant

The most obvious difference is that a UK supplied SRT 10 is not allowed to be called a Viper and so has no name other than SRT 10 on it.

Ditch the runflat tyres and you're there.

The tyres make a huge difference to the car as the original run flats are very hard, second generation runflats are much softer if you fit stock tyres the ride is better but cans of sealer will be required and you will throw away perfectly good tyres.

Don't agree its a typical Yank the Viper on the track is a great handling car but the suspension set up is somewhat hard and with the huge amount of torgue it can make bumpy roads interesting, but you will get used to it.

UK ones are fine but they have an additional silencer to meet noise limits and sound pants.

The Mamba would be a good buy (I have one) its a fair price and being a limited run may hold its price better, the interior is so much better than the all black standard.
