what to buy with 5k?

Hey guys, scraped together some cash to invest in my black 99 GTS while the winter months ruin the roads.

Should go for a set of black i-forged wheels with polished lips and a set of side exit pipes

or should i just blow it all on the engine?

engine work would be ideal but who is there that can do anything more than
an exhaust and filters in the UK that i could take it to?
I could get hold of an s/c converison but who could fit it!!
