urgent fuel question!!

hey guye need a bit of help!
ordering a stage 2 flash ecu for the 8.3 and the american guy programming it needs to know what fuel im running, he says the highest is 93.
now i presume the're 93 is like our 97 superunleaded?? or is it actually 93?

I think your right a bit of googling is needed here though to make sure, or a post in the pistonhead gassing section, there's a few PH'ers that work for fuel companies and will put you right

93 PON, pump octane number.

UK 97 RON, Research Octane Number.

PON is ( RON + MON )/2

But basically, their 93 octane is equivalent to our 97RON
