Does anyone know exactly what conversion is required for the lighting system on a 1996 RT-10 so that it will get an MOT? My car's with Ted Mey right now at Valaya Motorsports getting some performance mods done but if they can also do the MOT-related stuff at the same time it would be handy. Any advice would be very welcome.

a proper MOT definately would include at least one rear fog light which the cockpit on/off switch is visible and illuminated, headlights pointing opposite way to the US

not sure if you need hood indicators, similar to the euro cars

White side lights, orange repeaters on wings (bonnet) rear red fog should just about do it for an MOT

You will not need the side repeaters for MOT as the ones in the nose/bumper will do fine but you will need clear side lights and a fog light legally cough cough....

Maybe in your MOT station but not in mine, plus later cars have these as running lights.

If you get an inspector thet checks the angles the front yellows will fail.....Baz has friends in high places so get him to get it done.
