As promised please find outlined below some information and costs with regards to our venue Pod and Track hire.
Venue Hire Rates
Rig Day each - 0800 to 2000 hours £1,050.00
(includes De-rig Days
and Dark Days) - 2001 to 2359 hours £150.00 per hour
- 0000 to 0759 hours £300.00 per hour
Live Day each - 0800 to 2000 hours £65.00 Per Person Day Delegate Rate*
- 2001 to 2359 hours £150.00 per hour
- 0000 to 0759 hours £300.00 per hour
Day Delegate Rate Includes - Venue Hire
- 3 x servings of Tea/Coffee/Biscuits
- Day Delegate Lunch
* This amount is subject to a minimum booking of 25 delegates per day.
The above costs includes Exclusive use of the venue, house lights, cleaning, electricity, an Event Manager with Event Support Crew member, Transfer vehicles and drivers. We will also provide directional gate signage specific to your event, together with a hostess to greet your guests.
Track Hire
The below cost includes shared use of the standard tracks - Hill Route, High Speed Circuit and Outer Handling Circuit (pro-driven only)
£41.00 - Per vehicle per hour (min of 4 hours)
