If anyone is interested its best if you pay online & not ring customer service - they may identify a glitch (if it is a glitch in the system) - its their own fault I suppose.

Its given a brand new meaning to the term "QUOTE ME HAPPY" - i know I am!!!

Im not sure whether this is a glitch or not. But look closely. It could be a something worth your while.

When you see the price of the Quote - scroll down to "Vehicle Details"

Check the description - it says

Make/model: 2003 CHRYSLER VIPER GTS
Cubic capacity: 7997
Registration: UNKNOWN
Security Device: Thatcham approved category 1
Tracker: Skynet
Transmission: Manual
Fuel Type:

???

A glitch in the system - but an advantage for someone to take of !

And even more important not even a UK car so classed as an import.

I think their system is screwed up. I entered my details of a 2004 Viper SRT10 and it returned a quote stating a 2004 Viper GTS with an 8.0litre engine! Quote was an amazing £574 about a £100 less than Adrian Flux. Mind you with Flux they have the right vehicle which I feel a little more comfortable with in case I ever need to claim.

I have insured my Viper with Norwich Union for the last 5 years. My quotations have all been done by telephone so they have all the correct details. This year it was just under £700.

There has got to be something wrong with this system I just got quoted £486.99 ? I used to be insured with Norwich Union 2 years ago and they want £990.00 then so I changed so what's changed.

just had a quote from NU, through a broker, that was very reasonable, considering my er.. history. even tho my NCB is very low, they did take into account my clean history on the Tiger
