Tires are MTRs (Mud tires). They suck in the snow and the braking distance is very looooooooooooooooong!
I changed tires last week when we had +10. This week temps will drop to -18 again! Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

People shovelled snow from the roofs several times this winter. 150-200 cm of snow and ICE on the roofs.
Snow/ICE weights of 300 kg per square meter and more is dangerous.
