We have just got back from our road trip to Tonbridge with the Phoenix having just had it's 999 recall.
I have to say that that the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic, from my very first email to Lee to the hand shake from Alan as we left for our journey home.
It's great to find good customer service and good communication.

Many thanks to all at Whitehouse Chrysler

Great news! Any idea what they charge for a "full" service?, as Venom is over due.

Pheonix...Glad you're happy.

Sorry I didn't get the chance to meet you.

Saw your car here just after you dropped it off (must have been early)......You'd scarpered before I got the chance to say hello and I was in Geneva when you collected....Car looks good...love the colour combo.

Viper...Your car will be in tender loving hands...see you then.

Venom500.....Is n't it a bit of a distance to come NZ for a service.....However happy to help.

venom is now back in the UK Lee, terrorising the Welsh. SRT coupe will do as the courtesy car, I dont mind downgrading as its only for a couple days

Many thanks to Lee and Alan for sorting the recall, like PV I received great treatment emails, phone calls and also digi pics before and after the install

Although it was all completed within one day along with a few service type jobs, Whitehouse (tonbridge) supplied a courtesy PT cruiser which was much appreciated as it enabled me to visit Fishboy for a few days, and see how easy southern life really is I supplied a few fluids and Mobil1 filter which Alan was happy to use, Whitehouse even stock the correct grade engine oil !
