Toe in or out

Just fitting Eibachs to the RAT and have measured the tracking it is showing 1.5mm toe out, is this normal, I was expecting it to be toe in ?

My shockers were set on full soft I am adjusting to 1.5 turns at front and 1.25 turns on the rear does this sound about right.
