It was a VCA forum guy 'Bonkers' that won, cool, here's his response below to a thread that is running:

Steve woke me up at 10ish (I work nights) and I didn't quite believe him at first. Things like this never happen to me. We had a very long conversation regarding the things I'll need to do and what to expect for the next 90 days. .

Since he has done so much for me and helped so much in the reconstruction of 99 GTS I am going to take delivery at Tators sometime after the New Year (oh, by the way, Chuck I think I may call you here soon...oops.) I am also planning on visiting her up at the Roush Plant before that, but nothing has been determined... way too early. From what I have been told there is a lot more to the car and gift package.

I am going to do every thing I can think of to keep her. Until her fate is decided though I *shudder* will be keeping her mostly locked up safe and sound - yes I know, grab the flame suit. But she is WAY too much car for me and it would break my heart if I accidentally took her into a wall or did something else embarrassingly stupid. Anyone who knows me knows that I have been wanting one of these since they were first released. I am additional proof that anyone can win a VCA raffle - though apparently it does help to live in Delaware (Bob Weaver of Newark won the Blue/Silver GTS Raffle a few years back.)

Its so funny, both my Ram and Jeep are white with blue stripes, and GTS paint job will be something similar to a GT2 as well when she's finished so when the CompCoupe Raffle poster came out I told my wife it was fate... little did I know. Thanks for all the congratulations, emails, and phone calls so far, some of you here are like family and nothing brings me more joy than sharing this once-in-a-lifetime event with all of you.

Again I really want to thank the VCA for holding such a great contest, Steve Wilkerson for waking me up in the middle of my night to tell me, and everyone who has contributed in making this awesome machine possible.

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
