[Reposting this with a title!]

My local garage, Vicary's in Battle, have a red 8 litre (not sure of age, but it has 18k miles). Sticker is £29k - so a couple of questions:

is the 8.0 engine a good bet, compared with the current 8.3?

is it worth looking closer at this asking price, or is that over the top?

29 at a garage I reckon a gen1 RT, 8 litre is a proven very reliable, hassle free engine, though there are a few things to look out for

I've currently got an original US Specification 1993 RT/10 for sale ~£27k. The car's been in EVO magazine. Reason for sale - I've got a slightly newer one (94), same model and need the space.

Thanks for the info, sounds worth looking at. I'd be looking at trading in a BMW against the new car
