On the basis that prevention is better than cure, where do you recommend would be a good place to check the allignment, tracking and balance. I notice a small amount of wear on the edges of the tyres. I would imagine your average tyre shop isnt going to have the settings to sort them correctly.

What do others do..

ta..gives me a sense that I'll see what the chrysler dealers say, and whether they have the right kit, to check them out for me. Cant face going up north just yet as.........not having a good day: just been on the M1 carpark for 4 and a half hours after being up to Buxton. 'kinell.

Had mine aligned recently by this lot nothing special just a regular tyre shop with laser rig. They corrected the toe and camber in 20 mins or so, took longer getting it on and off the ramps. Ok so they didn't do the fancy stuff in the service manual but then i doubt you will get anyone outside of tators to do that lot. All the settings and instructions were in the computer for them.

I've very much doubt you'll find a Chrysler dealership that can even balance a wheel never mind align with the right kit, they normally just use local 'approved' services.

Good luck, let us know what you find
