well done nadine

it was a great day Craig thanks to you and your team, a nice friendly atmosphere amongst some superb machinery, my sort of day do you have a full list recorded times yet ?
heres a few PICS
Nad did us proud, pulling a 198mph run out of the bag
at the end of the day, just nipping infront of a RUF Porsche, loosing the rear wing and taping the front nose helped, giving an extra 6mph of speed

Yes - a great result for Nadine, what a car, what noise!
It was very interesting that you managed to pick up 6mph from removing the rear wing and removing the mirrors and taping the shutlines. Since you beat me by 1mph (damn ) , next time I guess I'll have to try the same and then I might finally hit the double-ton, having now amassed over 35 runs at Brunters at 195/196/197mph.
I was really pleased to see a Viper there for the first time, although the owners were a bit concerned about the noise.
Shame the data-logging didn't work, must have been the power supply to the lighter socket.

Stunning car... and clearly a labour of love Interesting to hear some of the mods that Nadine has made... and the noise was just as it shot off the line, and powered down the straight (sounded like a plane landing )... oh and Nadine must have spent half the day with a spanner in her hand fettling the car... nice to meet you.
Nads tank was half full, for a change if it had been a bit emptier there was a jerry can of Joels race fuel waiting to be thrown in, that may of just made the extra +2mph difference needed to crack the 200 barrier.
On the 198 run, Nad also decided to pump the tyres up a few lbs more to help reduce the rolling resistance, nearly all the tricks were tried, time to invent some more

Thank you everyone for the congrats. I was chuffed to bits to learn I'd clocked the highest mph of the day. Big thank yous to Joel and Neil for your support and help too.
One day I hope, I will record 200 mph! ...I've been trying for several years now to manage an event recorded 200mph! But, each time I've tried, it hasn't happened...I've had pulleys break, running lean, boost line to controller blow etc, it's all a learning curve...I just don't get the time I'd like (every hour of the day if I could) to work at Viper! This weekend I had twin water / methanol injection pump problems! I'm never giving up though, perhaps I will be 3rd year of trying + 200 mph lucky!
