just back from another great trip safe and sound, brill scenery with very fast mountain roads, fab hotel and weather, Isle of Man has it all !
on/off the track was quite fun mixing with Spuds paddy mates, we had fun 15 minutes stripping everything out of Michael Legacy, carpets,ashtray(s),CDs,seats etc must of easily lost 60lbs then watching him spinning all four wheels up the 1/4 mile to take the track record 11.2 @128 and taking fastest time of the weekend away from the Skyline GTR boys, on his final run
The straightliners ran at the end ran UK v Manx
crowd pleasing 8 fastest car shootout, staggering the times all the x8 UK cars were quicker so they worked out the difference and gave the x8 manx cars ahead start, so both cars should of crossed the finish line together, its was quite funny seeing a saxo pip a GTR on the line even though it had 8 seconds headstart
The whole track setup was quite relaxed once again with plenty of track time available, one young 18 year clocked up 66 runs and went home with a trophy for that
