Thanks Neil for posting the pics.This was the Dunedin Auto Spectacular with about 300 cars displayed,everything from the 1800bhp dragster(0-199 in 6.5 sec N.Z record holder) through to 1928 Packard (thought to be 1 of only 3 in the world! Thank goodness)Some great cars on display,even a Viper GTS that was displayed as the fastest Viper in the U.K Come on Joel!!!When you gonna go faster!!.
This is one of the largest shows in the south Island and Venom500 was happy to come away with an award/trophy for the best sports car in show!
The Honda with the "paint Job" was the result of a heavy drinking contest where as many people as possible were challenged to eat a curry followed by as many "SnakeBites" as possible,then vomit over the car.A rather impressive finish don,t you think.
Sadly the sheep were missing from this years show as last year things got rather out of hand!!!but there was a blow up one in the corner for the die hards!!
Got in the local paper again and with a 1/2 Mile Drag open road event next month that Sarah is entering they hope to record her progress at the event near Queenstown.We have a few mods on the way soon like drag radials/Unitrax and Av Gas.Well keep you posted.
