Just thought I,d try and be a "bit" helpful for a change instead of taking the piss when possible. My freind here in Dunedin N.Zealand is currently doing a Viper conversion from L/h to R/h drive and has sourced local firms to help in this.He has a fab R/h drive dash kit in his garage and should anyone in the future want details on getting hold of everything to convert over a Viper then please let me know.Maybe Neil, you could set up a link on the U.K Viper site using myself as a contact point.Philip who is doing the work himself hopes to be finished in the next 6 months and maybe we can post a few pics on the link so the quality /finish can be seen. From what I,ve seen so far it,s far far better the the "effort" by Viperformance in Auzz. He inspected a few of the R/H drive cars here in N.Z and was left far from impressed as the finish and quality made the already average interior look even worse. When done this car should be one of the finest produced and Philip is thinking of selling kits with all parts required. The bulkheads for example have be produced using CAD computer softwear and look better than my "factory" ones! The other brake pipes/aircon are all designed on computer and not just "bent to fit" like on the factory conversion cars.I,ll post some pics soon on this and you can all see it coming together.I,m sure the parts will be of some use to anyone who has or wants to convert to R/H drive in the future.Philip had to go his own way on this work as Chrysler and Viperformance who convert these cars were unwilling to sell him anything!!!!!
