Hi All ,
just a thought

went to carfest south last year and had brilliant time , how about a viper stand / area for this year ? , could we get a few there ???

invites are still open for show vehicles

if not here , how about somewhere else ????

i had spoken with the organiser when I was doing the London classic car show at excel as I was there on the corvette club stand with my vette, I put a proposal to her about having a viper & corvette stand side by side at next years excel show and she mentioned would we be interested in car fest south which I spoke to Mark (fatboy) about and he said yes, I will chase her up now as I did get a call from her saying she had tried emailing me but it was bouncing back, so I may have something sorted but will confirm asap

Sorted, I have had the email and will forward to Mark, they have space for 2.no more car clubs so all looking good if we can get a few cars sorted

minimum of 5 cars upto 10 cars per car club stand, so that's the numbers we need, ill leave it to mark to move forward with it from here

Hi, I would just like to be clear on some points.

I am the President of the VOA "Viper Owners Association" UK Region. If the VOA were to have a stand at any shows, the Stand would be open for Members cars only.
If a Non member, members wished to display their cars this would have to be discussed at committee level and approval given, there would also likely be a fee towards supporting the club stand.

Sorry buts thats the rules. As a Club we have Public liability insurance which covers us for any displays we put on, this costs money and with the UK region having a small membership, the money comes from our members subscriptions.

This is one of the benefits of being in a Club.
