I noticed that there were no ''Dodge'' logos attached to these spares and wondering if they are actually official Dodge merchandise or parts specifically designed for the Viper, who knows?

if you are going to scam surely advertise parts that are can be used straight away.
this is only part of an installation and would need a vast wealth of money and expertise to make the system work

Looks to me like somebody has spent thousands of hours and pounds making the manifolds and then given up when they realized how hard it was going to be to make it work.
