Fastest vipers here?
Discussion
Hey chaps, I was wandering, does anyone here want to represent the Viper community in the Terminal Velocity 2005 event?
They've got some 'ruff' porkas, fezzas and heavily modified ricers turning up, its all in the name of charity and much media exposure too, would be nice to get the viper lot down there and cheer your best viper on to represent...

Hi Everyone, My name is David McCarthy and i'm responsible for organising the Terminal Velocity event this year and last..
1. There's no db limit at all at Woodbridge.. Make as much noise as you like!
2. The runway is actually 2.1 miles long, the "speed trap" is actually at 1.5 miles.. Last year we had a RUFF Porsche doing over 190mph as our top speed. (A track record for a car at Woodbridge!!!)
3. We only charge 75 GBP, for unlimited runs all day long and ALL profits go to charity.. !
Any questions please drop me an email!
dmc@tv2005.co.uk
Cheers

I've been to Woodbridge today and want to report back that the runway is in superb condition. It has wintered extremely well.. the main runway is dark smooth tarmac and runs for over 1.5 miles.. the start area is light tan brown tarmac with lots and lots of grip..Perfect for big rear wheel cars to catch a flyer from!
By the time our event comes round 20th August 2005, the new health and safety rules will have been implemented and they should functioning very smoothly.
Any questions at all please contact me on dmc@tv2005.co.uk
Many Thanks
David McCarthy

Viper, Woolfie - you guys coming???? do me the honours please!!!! I love Vipers... but I've never seen or heard one unrestricted tearing up a strip at 170+ speeds in person..... hopefully some vettes will come too... interest is forming....
A line-up for the finest... it has to be done.... I'm gonna pick up extra memory cards for the digicam so I can take a shite load of pics and extra DV tapes so the other half can do some great filming.... too... I'm gonna arrange for a professional DVD to be done so I can sell it to all on cost basis... it'll be the Phoenix's first public appearance... so what better atmosphere than to rub shoulders with the worlds exotica....
