Bring back the local DVLA office....

It was so much easier at the local office - centralisation is a joke....DVLA keep returning my 'application for registration' with a stamped addressed envelope and a request more information to prove I exist. To date, I've sent 5 documents as proof of ID.

This is my third attempt and if they still have problems, I suggested they send me a return rail ticket and I would appear personally!!!!
