viper meets brabus smart roadster
Discussion
Seemingly the bloke who owns and took the pic, was part of the Chrysler team who imported in the'97 batch to the UK. I just happened to be taking the missus out for a drive to Silverstone..and we met up with him...

This is what he says about it: which is on the main page of his site, www.theroadster.com from this link text: The New J9 SPY - Roadster-Coupe BRABUS First Impressions: Here
".I was amazed to see this when I did, it was one of the original 15 GTS Viper V-10 8 litres we imported in CJI Dover days back in 1997/98 and in which I spent quite some time. They had gone to Silverstone for the same reason - take pictures of the car...but mostly decatalysed and most of the silencers removed, it sounded like an invasion force had landed from another planet! No ESP, no ABS and a 400bhp engine. But think about that for a minute. The Brabus produces around 33.66 bhp per cylinder. The Viper produces just 40. A very different approach to engineering indeed. I doubt there are many examples so contradictory that deliver the same result - a great deal of fun, although for some people that's going to be mostly in a straight line"

Been e-mailing the Brabus roadster owner, and we are talking about a meet-up of Vipers & Roadsters.
How about the 15 May over at Gaydon. which is central. It doesnt seem to clash with other club dates.?
Who would be up for it. If we get enough and the roadsters get some good numbers might get some interest from chrysler (far off i know but could happen..)
