high flow cat?

I need to replace my cats with high flow versions, any idea which ones i should buy (and from where), i want to stay with the 21/2" versions, and how are they fixed? is there welding involved, and also are the std cats 21/2"

Roe Racing or Partsrack, I got Random Technonlogy hi- flows from Partsrack, (on Joels recommendation)supposed to be smog legal in CA. Not sure of the diameter sizes, these were welded but I think you can just clamp them on, needed a machined adaptor to take up the difference in sizes of pipes. Roe racing sells lovely stainless clamps if you need them
