Factory fill beginning in 2005 is now Mobil1 0W-40.
I know a fair number of folks who use nothing else in cars ranging from Vipers to Corvettes to Ferraris to Porsches. 0W-40 seems to be the high performance standard around here.
Mobil 1 also makes a 0W-30 racing oil with different additives and slightly better initial flow than others for additional protection at start up. It's about twice the cost of 0W-40, and I've heard some folks say that over time the additives can damage catalytic converters. I have no idea if this is true, however.

The 0/40 Mobil one is fine for a relatively standard motor. It flows well when cold, offers great protection when hot, its about the best there is. For a more racy motor, and I mean a competition bulit motor use the 15/50 Mobil 1 Motorsport oil. I keep both in stock, but oils a bit difficult to ship to the mainland ( bulky and heavy ).
