coolant temp sensor

Hi all
just wondering if anyone might have a engine coolant temp sensor , for a gen2 kicking around anywhere ??? before i get one in ????

from cold turn the key ,gauge reads straight to 190

after driving for 2-3 mins gauge reads 250 , but is NOT RUNNING HOT

because the gauge moves , i assume its ok , and the sensor must be duff ????
does everyone agree ??? lol

Sounds like the sensor, Sorry I do not have one but the Doc might?

Cant remember if its a Gen 1 or Gen 2 I have ... will check .
