I understand the euro spec headlight switch has two pull out positions for front and rear fogs

I will need to fit a switch for the SVA and wondered if this switch is available please?

Also the euro spec has fog lights in the rear light cluster instead of bolting an extra light under the bumper. Has anyone done this and will it pass SVA? that way

I can´t speak for the "UK" SVA. But the German TUEV sucks too...

My dealer built the rear fog lights into the rear lights (no additional outside light) and I got a small switch in the dashboard since the original switch IS expensive! 2002 RT/10.

Hi Carl,

You can put a bulb in the rear cluster to act as a fog light but you will need to wire it to a seperate switch, that is the best and cheapest way. I did that and it passed the SVA, no problems. However, I heard recently of another owner who is having problems getting through the SVA with his rear lights. They are saying that the lights are not bright enough!!!!! It all seem to depend on where you go for the SVA test.

I went to North London and the only problem that I had was noise. The Borla I had fitted at the time was pumping out 104db, and the limit is 101db. So borrowed a standard UK setup and all was well.
