Picked up my Viper GTS with my brother nismobrown yesterday, it is better than i thought it would be and far exceeds my expectations, far more responsive than a Vette.
While taking my daughter home the plod pulled me over for accelerating to quickly in a 30mph zone, he caught me at a junction on his bicycle.
Where do these young plod get their manners from he spoke to me like he had wiped me off the bottom of his boots, and said that although he appreciated i was not speeding i deserved a warning, so he gave me one.

I was caught speeding as i turned onto the main road at 6am i pulled out on two police cars plenty of space.I then drove to my office at the normal speed i drive at.As i came into town blue lights behind me.I pulled over and got out of the car.The 1st police car had a WPC in she said that I was going about 75 in a 30 this would mean a 12 month ban.I told her that it was a 40 not a 30 but this seemed to make no difference.The 2nd car had a PC who took my name and address and said that i couldn't have been clocked because they couldn't keep up with me.He than saw the N20 cylinder and asked questions about the car.He then said don't do it again as herts police had recruited police and special cars to catch speeders,have a nice day.Although it has nothing to do wiith the original post I thought it was a story worth telling.
