anyone going to american speedfest sunday

just wondering if anyone is going to this event at brand hatch this weekend . i think its the first year ??? im tempted to make the LOOOOONNNNGGGG trip up looks like it could be good ??

any thoughts ??

I'm booked to go - its my car in the owners gallery. No idea what its going to be like but its not far and was free so going to try my luck

I'm also at Dunsfold the weekend after as well - if anyone else is going again this year?

Yes, I have a ticket pack with a mirror hanger and a ticket for Sat and Sun (thought it was Sunday only?)

I've got the contact details for the chap I was talking to there - I will PM them to you.

I've just seen on their FB page that they will be at Ace Cafe tomorrow giving out free tickets to American Car owners - so might be worth seeing them there if you are out for a drive Mark?

Our tickets came ages ago too. I'm guessing you should have yours by now. Also confused that I have them for Sat and sun.

i was under the impression you could just turn up on the day , the website says turn up before 10am to get parking ????

anyone know different ???

Right, so just phoned Brands (thanks Mark for the email). If you turn up BEFORE 9am in an American car, you will get parked in the Brands circuit with car on display. People will be able to walk past the car, not cordoned off.

Driver ticket is £10, passenger £22 on the gate.

It's my birthday on Sunday and weather looking great, so we hope to be there :-)

PS: If anyone has any spare tickets, please let me know...
