Heya all, I have a few questions,

First off im not to sure on the rules for importing LHD vipers to Australia, What issues would I face and is it possible? after reading some of the threads it sounds dubious if I can?

Also what forms of taxes would imply, I know there would be GST and Luxury tax I imagine but what other hidden costs would there be?

any help would be great

You can't.

LHD's are NOT allowed in Australia. That's why Vipers are converted to RHD and sold there!!!!

How do people drive LHD mustangs? are there certain divisions for cars or is it different for each state (im in WA bty)? anyway i found a found a place that does conversions for around 30kAU, so if i decide to go through all that waffle. That sure hikes the price up.

There is a place in Melbourne that does the conversions. I also believe they do the conversions for the Vipers that were sold here in Australia through Chyrsler
Thanks

I also have seen these 2 Vipers that Neil is talking about. They are owned by a clothing company here in Australia but I am not even sure if they are registered. I have seen them on the road with the company name stuck where the license plate should be !!!
