Last weekend was the Horsham Piazza Italia event - a celebration of the large Italian population of Horsham. Aside from food the event has a strong focus on Italian motors with Friday being an Italian super car parade and there being other car events over the weekend. On Monday the event is opened up a little and finishes with a general super car drive and display - all for charity.

I was invited along to join in this Monday event and had a great time, although with the weather was kind of keen to leave by the end. All the cars met up at a local hotel and were given a police escort to a meeting point just outside of town (the local park and ride) from where we drove into the town centre again under police escort. We were met with a crowd of many hundreds of people lining the streets to look at the cars. For once the Viper seemed a little car as I was following a growling snarling Murcilago and behind was a brand new Vanquish. Horsham is only a little town so we were quickly parked up and thats where the photos below are from. Mr Saywell brought 4 of his cars (inc his newly painted Zonda and bright green Aventador). There were some great cars with us, I felt most out of place!

I completely agree Mark but I'd committed to do the event months before and although salty the roads were at least dry. Very, very cold for cleaning the car though!

Like Dave says, not really. Warming up a little but looks like cold will be replaced with rain (where I am anyaway). Stay where you are if you can smile
