Just in time for winter - rain, salt, snow...
I bought mine in November 2 years ago and it was so frustrating waiting for nice weekends to take it out. Still, last years summer made up for it.
You'll get no sleep for the next few weeks you know waiting for it
Look forward to seeing it in the UK sometime soon...

If it was me I would try to get the SVA before assuming they pass many Cobra's
The if a fail for noise
I would split the exhaust drill four holes per tube for two long bolts fill exhaust with wire wool.
Drive to SVA then pass, drive home and have four holes welded up with tig welder.

Carl,
Borrow Woolfie's system and install it for the SVA. It will bring the noise down from 104db to approx 88db. Then refit your Corsa. No welding or cutting, just unbolt the Corsa, put the other one on and when through the SVA, just put your Corsa back on. About 2 hours work in total. Just be careful when unscrewing the sills and you don't want to get them marked, etc. The screw nearest the door is a problem to get out, but it is possible.
When they are off have a good look at the insulation, if it is burnt at all, get some new ones from JonB.
If you need any advice / help, just get in touch.
This is what I did with my 97 GTS when I brought it in from California.
Regards,
Pete.
