please help me find F M V S

can any viper owner tell me where to find the following letters ----F M V S----- It is stamped or printed on a viper vin plate/manufacturers plate ,sticker on engine bay/ door frame or similar. I need to know this before I import a viper as it is a requirement for the SVA , THANKS, Dave.
it appears only on the drivers door on every gen2 US spec viper, it has nothing to do with ABS, but crash testing and theft provention it reads:
"Federal Motor Vehicle Safety" amongst all the text, numbers and bar codes.
It wont be on an European viper as Tom has found out, so it won't be on your brothers either. I can show what it looks like as I've a copy.
Jan and Steve didnt have a problem with their recent imports as the plates were there already, to put your mind at rest neither will you.....
... as long as the plate is there !
Why dont you ask Marv to take a close up pic of the sticker ? so you know it in place
