Recommendation for export dealer for new 2013 Viper

Hi,

I have a friend who is interested in a new Viper. Does anyone have any good contacts for dealers in the States who would be interested in a export sale?

Reading through some of the posts here, it might be the case that the car has to be registered in the US first as dealers aren't allowed to sell them for export. Is that correct?

Just register it in a state that doesn't charge sales taxes.

Not like you can't set up a Delaware LLC easily online...
