Anyone tried to renew online directly with the VCA, or are we sending a cheque to you again Ade?

I keep getting reminders about membership renewal from the VCA?

Not really a discount, more not paying for the USA insurances and money that is sent back to the regions which we don't get either of. It cant really be that hard to calculate the renewal price based on the region the membership number is registered to. It used to be OK when we phoned up to do it, and the way it is now just creates a headache at this end. Club members miss out on the above incentives. There is no clarity on the exchange rate needed for the fees in GBP and it will end up with either a surplus or shortage.

Guess there's no point moaning about it here though as the VCA don't look here and even if they did i don't suppose they care.

I am still talkin with VCA HQ about online renewal so hopefully it will be up and running soon. If it isn't, we'll resort to last years' renewal process, through my credit card.
